2. FIREARM SHIPPING (ATF COMPLIANT)

Firearms are subject to strict federal and state regulations.

a. Shipment to FFL Only

• All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
• Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals, except where permitted by law.
• Customers are responsible for selecting an eligible receiving FFL prior to shipment.

b. FFL Verification

• Orders will not ship until the receiving FFL license is verified and on file.
• Any delays caused by missing or invalid FFL information are the customer’s responsibility.

c. Transfer & Background Check

• All firearm transfers are completed by the receiving FFL and are subject to background checks and applicable waiting periods.
• Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the customer’s responsibility.

 

3. FIREARM SHIPPING TIMELINES

• Firearms typically ship within [3–7] business days after FFL verification.

4. AMMUNITION SHIPPING

RETURN & REFUND POLICY (ATF COMPLIANT)

Due to the highly regulated nature of firearms and related products, Sharp Shooters, LLC maintains a strict return and refund policy in accordance with federal ATF regulations, as well as applicable state and local laws. By purchasing from us—online or in store—you agree to the terms below.

 

1. FIREARMS – ALL SALES FINAL

ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a firearm has been:

• Sold,
• Logged into our A&D records, or
• Transferred or attempted to be transferred to a customer,

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED, except where explicitly required by law.

This policy applies to:

• Handguns
• Rifles
• Shotguns
• Frames, receivers, and other serialized components

 

2. ONLINE FIREARM PURCHASES & FFL TRANSFERS

Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer for transfer.

• If a firearm is shipped to Sharp Shooters, LLC as the receiving FFL, all firearm sales remain final.
• If a firearm is shipped from us to another FFL, the sale is final once the firearm ships.

 

3. BACKGROUND CHECK DENIALS OR FAILURES

If a firearm transfer is delayed, denied, or canceled due to a background check or legal ineligibility:

• A restocking fee of up to [25–30%] may apply
• All shipping, handling, credit card processing, and transfer fees are non-refundable
• Any refund (if issued) will be processed only after the firearm is returned to inventory and verified

Sharp Shooters, LLC is not responsible for denial decisions made by NICS, state agencies, or law enforcement.

 

4. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS & WARRANTIES

Firearms that experience mechanical or manufacturing defects are NOT eligible for return or refund.

• Firearms are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty
• Customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly
• We may assist with warranty coordination at our discretion but are not obligated to replace or refund the firearm

 

5. AMMUNITION, MAGAZINES & RESTRICTED ITEMS

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons:

• ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL
• ALL MAGAZINE SALES ARE FINAL
• ALL RESTRICTED OR REGULATED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

No returns or exchanges are permitted once these items leave our possession.

 

6. ACCESSORIES & NON-SERIALIZED MERCHANDISE

The following items may be eligible for return:

• Holsters
• Optics (must be unmounted and unused)
• Apparel and merchandise
• Non-serialized accessories

Conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of purchase
• Unused, unmodified, and in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

7. SPECIAL ORDERS

All special-order items, including firearms and accessories, are non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of transfer or delivery status.

 

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a non-firearm item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
• Provide photos and order details

We will determine repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

 

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once a firearm has been ordered, shipped, or entered into inventory, the order cannot be canceled.

 

10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact Sharp Shooters, LLC prior to initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent refusal of service
• Collection actions
• Reporting to payment processors

 

11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
